All businesses are Relationship Technology has enabled us to create and foster more relationships than ever. Seriously- did you not JUST wish someone a happy birthday that you haven’t seen in 15 years? Digital relationships have become part of our culture. Yet, there is a fundamental misunderstanding in our business culture: Businesses are applying technology to scale communications, instead of scaling RELATIONSHIPS. There’s a big difference. Relationships are a two way street. Relationships are built on MUTUAL value exchange. Relationships have STAYING POWER. I can’t be the only person that realizes this. I can’t be the only one with a solution. In fact, to SCALE RELATIONSHIPS, I believe we need 3 fields to come together- 1. Behavioral sciences and thought leadership 2. Organizational systems and processes 3. Software So far, I’m only talented enough to come up with a solution that integrates 1&2, using a combination of softwares to scale relationships for companies, leading to explosive business growth. I call it, The Relationship Flywheel™? It works incredibly efficiently to reduce CAC and increase LTV, and it’s just the tip of the iceberg.
