Kaleen Marshall

Kaleen Marshall is the founder and CEO of The Viaggio Group Inc., a professional coaching and leadership consulting firm focused on helping people move forward along their journey to reach their full potential. In addition to coaching, Kaleen is building a non-profit organization, Bella Viaggio, focused on leading and supporting adults with special needs, as well as their parents and caregivers, through critical life transitions. Her new book, Who Will Love Me, describes her own personal journey with her sister who has Down syndrome. Kaleen has been a Regional Director for Business Networking International (BNI), the world’s largest business referral organization where she oversaw the recruiting, coaching and development of directors, and was responsible for leading those teams in initiating new chapters and growing over 400 business leaders in the Northeast Chicagoland Region. She is the owner of AmSpirit Business Connections a networking franchise supporting the entire Chicagoland area where she is building chapters to help small business owners grow their businesses. A trained leadership coach, Kaleen studied alongside the John Maxwell Team, led by the internationally known and respected leadership expert, and is a certified professional coach through Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI). Over the course of her coaching career, she has successfully lead thousands of individuals and small groups through life-changing growth processes.
